Our Outpatient Program

Who do we treat?

Our team provides treatment for non-intensive outpatient clients meeting ASAM Level 1 criteria. Clients receive an individualized treatment plan that establishes the right blend of support while not getting in the way of day-to-day life activities like family relationships and work.

Planning Beyond Therapy

The primary goal of our practice is to develop a recipe for lifelong freedom from the debilitating effects of substance use disorder.

As clients head along that journey our team partners to help identify opportunities with SUD Case Management to achieve goals and develop a plan for personal success outside of MAT therapy.
